IAS DREAM TO REAL
The Civil Services Examination is conducted in three stages - Preliminary, Mains, and Interview - to arrive at the final list of meritorious candidates to join in the administration of India. Given the fact that only around 3% of candidates appearing for the preliminary exam make it to the Mains list, this is the most competitive level in quantitative terms.
